You've worked hard to distinguish yourself as a reputable business and a business professional! Muskoka Builders' Association membership recognizes, supports and promotes that accomplishment - not only to your peers, but to the consumer.

Our Association activities are driven by our membership; directed to the activites, issues and needs of our members. Some of our past and planned activities include:
- Monthly Dinner Meetings, with an informational speaker each evening
- One or two Professional Development Days, consisting of day-long information
- Four Builder Breakfasts, builder-only events to discuss builder-related issues
- Member Social Activities (Golf, Curling and Christmas Social)
- Member-to-member trade show
- Production of annual Muskoka Home & Cottage Show, where members have preferred rates and placement
- Waging a campaign against the underground economy in Muskoka through consumer education.
- Promoting careers in the trades through a cooperative program with local schools.
- Offering members access to regular training courses to members in areas such as First Aid, WHIMIS, Fall Protection , through our Training partners.
- Regular information updates through email newsletters and "members only" website access.

How to Join the Muskoka Builders' Association
Our members have worked hard to distinguish themselves in the construction industry in Muskoka and in order to ensure a continued standard of members, we require that all applicants for membership meet some basic membership requirements. These requirements include proof of GST and WSIB enrollment, Payroll Registration Number and sponsorship by an existing member of the Association.
All applicants must complete the Membership Application Form (linked below) which, once submitted, will be reviewed by our Board of Directors prior to approval. Membership Dues for one year are currently $520.00. Dues are prorated for new members who join after November 1, 2007. Please refer to the Membership Fee Schedule below for the dues that will apply based on your join month.

What happens next?
You will receive an email within 24 hours, confirming that your Application has been received, with information on the date that your Application with be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Note that you will be required to provide proof of GST and WSIB registration prior to final approval of your Application. Once final approval is given, an invoice for Membership Dues will be sent to you by mail at the rate as per the Membership Fee Schedule (linked above).
